The dish is definitely a classic from the Asian restaurant around the corner. I think it's absolutely delicious and I often cook it when there's some rice left over from the day before.

    Ingredients:

    • 4 bowls

      of cooked rice

    • 2

      carrots in strips

    • 2

      peppers in strips

    • 1

      leek sliced

    • 4

      eggs

    • 75 ml

      oil

    • 3 tbsp

      soy sauce

    • 2 tbsp

      sugar

    Preparation:

    • Heat the oil in a pan or wok and fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes.

    • Then crack in the eggs and stir.

    • Mix in the cooked rice - whether warm or cold - and sauté well for about 5 to 7 minutes.

    • Finally, stir in the sugar and soy sauce and leave to stand for 2 minutes and the delicious dish is ready.

    Tip:

    • The sugar can also be left out, but it is used very often in Asian cuisines. I find the difference extreme.
