    This German dish is similar to the typical farmer's pot with ground beef. But only similar, because my recipe is with delicious beef. Juicy beef goulash or a delicious beef brisket. Here is the recipe:

    Ingredients:

    • 500 g

      beef goulash or beef brisket – diced

    • 1

      onion – diced

    • 1/2

      leek – cut into rings

    • 3

      carrots – sliced

    • 1

      red pepper – diced

    • 4

      potatoes – diced

    • 100 g

      celery – diced

    • 1 can

      of corn

    • 1 can

      of sliced mushrooms

    • 2 tbsp

      tomato paste

    • 2 tbsp

      pepper paste

    • 1 1/2 liters

      water

    • 2 tbsp

      beef stock powder

    • 1 tsp

      ground cumin

    • 1 tbsp

      marjoram

    • 1 tbsp

      parsley

    • salt and pepper

    Preparation:

    • Put the water in a saucepan and cook it with the beef on a medium-high level for about 45 minutes.

    • Add the vegetables, everything except the mushrooms and corn, to the pot and season it with all the spices. Cook everything together at low temperature for another 30 minutes.

    • Finally, mix in the corn and mushrooms and leave the stew to stand for another 15 minutes. And the delicious beef stew is ready.

    Tip:

    • If you want to stick with the classic version with minced meat, you can also replace the beef goulash or brisket with minced meat.
