    Yes, this combination tastes great Spaghetti in oil garlic sauce combined with scampi and warm field salad. The recipe for the dish is here:

    Ingredients:

    • 400 g

      Spaghetti

    • 250 g

      Shrimps

    • 100 g

      small cocktail tomatoes

    • 75 g

      Field salad

    • 6

      cloves of garlic – chopped

    • 1 tbsp

      dried parsley

    • 150 ml

      olive oil

    • salt, pepper

    Preparation:

    • Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan of salted water according to the instructions until al dente.

    • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scampis for about 5 minutes.

    • Then add the garlic, the tomatoes and the parsley and leave to stand for another three minutes.

    • Add a little bit of salt and pepper.

    • Once the spaghetti is done, pour it through a sieve and let drain.

    • Add the finished spaghetti to the pan with the lamb's lettuce, mix well and serve.

    Tip:

    • In addition to lamb's lettuce, I also like to use rocket.
