    Yes, this combination tastes great Spaghetti in oil garlic sauce combined with scampi and warm lamb's lettuce. The recipe for the dish is here:


    • 400g spaghetti

    • 250g prawns or scampis

    • 100g small cocktail tomatoes

    • 75g lamb´s lettuce

    • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped

    • 1 tbsp dried parsley

    • 150ml olive oil

    • salt, pepper


    • Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan of salted water according to the instructions until al dente.

    • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scampis for about 5 minutes.

    • Then add the garlic, the tomatoes and the parsley and leave to stand for another three minutes.

    • Add a little bit of salt and pepper.

    • Once the spaghetti is done, pour it through a sieve and let drain.

    • Add the finished spaghetti to the pan with the lamb's lettuce, mix well and serve.


    • In addition to lamb's lettuce, I also like to use rocket.
