Ingredients:
- 400 g
Spaghetti
- 250 g
Shrimps
- 100 g
small cocktail tomatoes
- 75 g
Field salad
- 6
cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1 tbsp
dried parsley
- 150 ml
olive oil
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan of salted water according to the instructions until al dente.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scampis for about 5 minutes.
Then add the garlic, the tomatoes and the parsley and leave to stand for another three minutes.
Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
Once the spaghetti is done, pour it through a sieve and let drain.
Add the finished spaghetti to the pan with the lamb's lettuce, mix well and serve.
Tip:
- In addition to lamb's lettuce, I also like to use rocket.
