    • 500g mixed minced meat (beef & pork)

    • 1 onion diced

    • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

    • 500g tomato passata

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 250ml béchamel sauce

    • each: 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

    • 1 tbsp stock powder

    • each: 1 tsp dried parsley and marjoram

    • 1 tsp Italien herbs

    • lasagna sheets

    • Mozarella for sprinkling

    • Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions including the garlic until lightly brown.

    • Put the ground beef in the pan and mix with the herbs and spices and the stock powder. Stir well and fry for another five minutes.

    • Then add the tomato passata and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes at a low level.

    • Meanwhile, boil the lasagne sheets in a pot of water for about four minutes.

    • Meanwhile you can start filling the casserole dish - I always start with a little béchamel sauce, a layer of pasta, minced meat sauce, béchamel sauce, ...

    • Finally, sprinkle everything with mozzarella and place the casserole dish in the oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat.

    • As soon as the cheese is nicely browned, in about 30 to 45 minutes, the lasagna is ready.

    • You can also try this variant with a chicken breast instead of minced meat.
