    Ingredients:

    • 4

      beef steaks

    • 500 g

      pasta

    • 250 g

      cream

    • 200 ml

      beef broth

    • 1

      onion - diced

    • 1

      red bell pepper – diced

    • some fresh parsley – chopped

    • 1 tsp

      paprika powder

    • 1 tbsp

      tomato paste

    • 1 tbsp

      oil for the steaks

    • 1 tbsp

      oil for the vegetables

    • salt, pepper as desired

    Preparation:

    • Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the peppers and continue to sauté lightly.

    • Then put all the spices in the pan and pour the whole thing with the cream and broth and bring to the boil. Then let the sauce simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes at a low level.

    • While the sauce is still simmering, heat the remaining oil in a new pan. Then fry the steaks in it until the desired cooking level is reached and the delicious 20-minute dish is ready.

    Tip:

    • I'm a "medium steak fan". I fry the meat for about 3 minutes per side. The steak is about 2 cm thick. I hope you succeed 😉
