I usually make the shashlik skewers myself, but there wasn't enough time for that today... But this time the recipe is in a new way 🙂 what do you think of it? Feel free to cook the recipe and comment on my post on Instagram.

    Ingredients:

    • 4

      Shashlik skewers from the butcher

    • 1000 g

      passing tomatoes

    • 300 ml

      water

    • 2

      onions – diced

    • 1

      bell pepper – diced

    • 1 tbsp

      Rapeseed oil

    • 3 tbsp

      honey

    • 1 tbsp

      garlic powder

    • 1 tbsp

      cumin

    • 2 tbsp

      paprika powder

    • 3 tbsp

      curry

    • 2 tbsp

      stock powder

    • 1 tsp

      pepper

    Preparation:

    • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers in it.

    • Place the skewers in a casserole dish and set aside. Then fry the peppers and onions in the same pan.

    • Add honey, garlic, cumin, paprika, curry powder, stock powder and pepper to the pan and stir well.

    • Add the tomato passata and the water, bring to the boil and let stand for about 5 minutes.

    • Then pour the sauce into the casserole dish and roast the casserole dish in the oven at 100 degrees top and bottom heat for about 1 1/2 hours.

    • During the time turn the meat from time to time and the delicious skewers are ready.

    Tip:

    • If you have enough time, you can easily make the kebab skewers yourself.
