This dish is a dream especially for the cold season. We always like to eat it and you can combine it deliciously with vegetables.

    • 500g minced beef

    • 500g potatoes diced

    • 2 onions diced

    • 100g celery diced

    • 2 carrots sliced

    • 1 leek sliced

    • 2 peppers diced

    • 1 can of sliced mushrooms or 200g fresh mushrooms

    • 2 liters of water

    • 2 tbsp oil

    • 2 tbsp tomato paste

    • 1 tbsp sweet paprika

    • 2 tbsp vegetable broth

    • 2 tbsp parsley

    • 1 tbsp marjoram

    • salt, pepper

    • Fry the minced meat with onions and leeks in a saucepan for about 5 minutes.

    • Add the potatoes, celery and carrots and season with tomato paste and gently sauté for another 5 minutes.

    • Then fill the pot with water and add the stock powder, paprika, parsley and marjoram.

    • Bring the pot to a boil and taste. Add a little salt/pepper if you like. Then let the pot simmer at a low temperature for about 20 minutes.

    • Finally add the peppers and mushrooms to the pot and leave to stand for another 10 minutes.

    • And the delicious minced meat stew is ready.

    • In my variant, the fresh peppers are a bit crunchy. If you prefer them very soft, you can simmer the peppers right from the start.
