Then there were these pickled comb steaks for grilling and somehow I felt like something else. This is what came out: comb steaks with a creamy sauce and rice. You can find the recipe here.

    Ingredients:

    • 4

sirloin steaks (pork) with paprika marinade (or grill steaks) cut into thin slices

    • 2

      red onions – diced

    • 1

      green pepper belt – diced

    • 1/2 can

      of corn

    • 300 ml

      milk

    • 200 g

      cream

    • 2 cups

      of rice

    • 4 cups

      of water

    • 1 tbsp

      oil

    • 1 tbsp

      soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp

      marjoram

    • 1 tbsp

      dried parsley

    • 1 tsp

      sweet parika

    • 2 tsp

      stock powder

    • salt, pepper

    Preparation:

    • Wash the rice and boil it in the four cups of water. You can season the water with a teaspoon of stock powder.

    • Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions. Fry the onions until golden brown, about five minutes.

    • Add the meat to the onions and fry for another 5 - 7 minutes.

    • Season the meat with all the spices, such as soy sauce, the remaining stock powder, marjoram, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. And add the corn and the peppers.

    • Pour in the milk and crème double (or the cream as an alternative) and simmer for another five minutes.

    • And as soon as the rice is ready, everything can be served together. The delicious varied meal is ready.

    Tip:

    • I always sprinkle a lot of white and black sesame seeds over such dishes - that brings some variety. Tastes good and looks absolutely delicious.
